If you fancy tucking into something indulgent tonight, but don’t want to completely blow the calorie budget, we have the answer.


The humble yoghurt! Yoghurt is not only packed with gut-friendly bacteria, it also packs a hefty calcium punch and makes for a great low-cal dessert.


If you’re a fan of plain or greek yoghurt, why not spice it up with mixed berries, a splash of cinnamon or a dash of honey? It’s a great way to get that sweet hit after you main meal without piling on the pounds with a creamy pud.
