New Exercise and Fitness Review
I’m over 30 and after years of training as a natty I’ve finally decided to take the “red pill”. So, I bought recently this – Celtic labs’ Celtibol (also known as mechabol and Pmag’s target). My idea was to do a 1st cycle with a mild drug for a short period (5 weeks as most reviews and feedback tells that) just to present to my body the exogenous hormones. My expectations about muscle size are not big but I am more concerned about how my body will react. So there are 3 ways to chose from:
1. Go with this alone as many reviews tell for 5 weeks.
2. Go this with a Test P for base at 200mg/e4d.
3. Go only Test P at 300mg/e4d for 6 weeks.
Info ab me: dry ecto 5’8” around 150lbs. That sounds little but with my skinny bones I look quite thick. I cant compare my strength to others’ in the gym cuz over 90 percent are on juice. Still think I am strong for my dimensions: 220lbs bench, 290lbs deadlift, 230lbs full squat. My goals for now are to be more athletic and feel great, a bit stronger and a pound or 2 are welcome.
cycle schedule (plan 1):
liv52 – 2 weeks before starting
celtibol – 50/50/75/75/75 mg/d
much vitamins (a,c,inositol) n minerals (magnesium, chrome, selen…)
taurine (on hand if necessary for cramps)
liv52 3×2 /d
saw palmetto 200mg/eod (not sure if I need this during cycle)
minoxidil for the few hairs
pct:
clomid 50mg/d for 30 days
saw palmetto 200mg/d for 30 days
Tribestan 500mg/d (cuz its pricy) for 30 days
Tribulus 1000mg/d for 30 days
Tribulus terrestris liquid extract (just to drink more water cuz u take a few drops per 200ml of water)
creatine 5g/d
DAA 3g/d
much vitamins (a,c,inositol) n minerals (magnesium, chrome, selen…)
Zinc 60mg/d
OMEGA 3 – should I take them during cycle??
minoxidil for the few hairs
I think thats for now. If I’ve missed something I’ll add it later. Just for protocol, I think I’m very androgenic (hardgainer with hard and dry separated muscles, oily skin, had a bad acne as a teen and a thinning hair.) For the liver m not worried and for bitch tits also. Cholesterol levels dont bother me either. Hope to elevate mood and wellbeing in pct fast.
So which of 3 plans is safer? Any help appreciated.
