New Exercise and Fitness Review
QHow did your bodybuilding journey begin?
My fitness journey began when I was 14 years old. I didn’t know much about the sport of bodybuilding at the time, but it was always inside of me. I always wanted to be the biggest, fastest, and strongest. To this day, that has not changed. I had lifted weights for sport, but that’s all it was to me. I was just “lifting weights.” I was in the 8th grade when I started at a local gym.
Everyone else around me in the gym was a lot older and much bigger than I was. I was a 6-foot-2, 145-pound 8th grader. I felt pretty stringy next to all the shorter, stockier men in the gym. But that wasn’t going to stop me from coming in every day and busting my butt to get better.
