New Exercise and Fitness Review

I planned to do the Arnold pro deadlift competition this year. Training has been going well and I did an 800 lb pull in the gym. I competed in a USAPL meet last weekend with intentions of performing an 810 deadlift for my 3rd attempt. This meet was to gauge what I thought I could do at the Arnold competition. I like to make big jumps and opened with 705, then 750 for my second attempt but ended up tearing my left distal bicep in the process.
