Triyoga Camden is open!

New Exercise and Fitness Review

As longstanding fans of triyoga Primrose Hill, we were really sad to hear it’s moving home after 14 years, but we needn’t have worried. The new space is just round the corner, set in a pretty courtyard overlooking residential gardens and Regent’s Canal.

They’ll be 150 classes a week, including new Barre sessions (starting in Jan), triyoga Hot and Pilates equipment, a far infrared sauna and an organic café, plus workshops with international teachers such as David Swenson, Simon Low and Gahl Sasson and holistic therapies including osteopathy, acupuncture and ayurveda.

The building used to be a piano factory, so the yoga studios are flooded with natural light. They’ve also kept the original maple floors, which, along with the white washed walls and natural materials, make it a tranquil haven – the perfect setting for a calming yoga and meditation practice. We can almost hear those distant pianos tinkling in the background.

For details on special opening offers and to book classes, log on to triyoga.co.uk or call 020 7483 3344.
