New Exercise and Fitness Review
I’ve been using GHRP-2 / CJC-1295 post workout for several months. With the peptides I don’t want to eat carbs within 1.5 hours prior to the injection.
Would I be better off injecting my peptides at a different time ( I try to get 3 injections per day ) so that I could use a high glycemic carb post workout ?
I guess it comes down to this…what benefits you more post workout ? The increased GH release from the peptides or an insulin spike to drive the nutrients into the muscles ?
