New Exercise and Fitness Review
Are any of you guys doing this yet? I’ve been working with it for about 2wks now doing calves, quads, bi’s and tri’s twice a week at the end of my workouts for those muscle groups. I feel like I’m noticing a perma-pump in my arms 24-7 now. No noticeable difference on the legs yet that I can see, but it’s been 2wks, nothing much is to be expected realistically. The pain from the blood flow restriction sets is unreal! If you’re someone who likes to see just how far you can push yourself, this is for you lol.
