New Exercise and Fitness Review
Currently I do the following:
Eat high soluble fiber foods, brussel sprouts, apples, nuts, oats, apples, blueberries, all with the intent so slow this train down. I also go through enough psyllium that I should buy stock in Metamucil. All this seems to thicken up the experience, but doesn’t slow it down.
Take digestive enzymes (just Allmax)
I’m not super well versed on what is legit here, and I’ll be honest, I tend to think most OTC supplements are horsehit (sorry for any supplement companies or junkies here) I just tend to see that I get better changes to my body when I’m taking in foods rather than supplements. JMO of course. I’m admittingly not taking these all the time, but for sure before big meals or when I’m eating at restaurants (I do travel a lot for a living)
Take in probiotic foods (not currently on probiotics)
I did try the ones Meadows suggests, and I did notice a difference one time. I had just returned from Costa Rica and had the red ass so I took Cipro and pretty well killed the colony of bacteria in my gut. I used a reboot sort of probiotic and it bounced me back, but I continued with the daily probiotic after and saw no difference in results. I’m eating foods for now because of my opinion above on supplements, but am open to trying something that guys have some positive feedback on. Primarily eating yogurts with the proper bacteria, kefir, cottage cheese, and ate a good bit of kimchi for a while as well.
I’m trying to gain some weight, typically how this goes is I eat 5,000 cals a day and shit about 10x a day, giving myself a nice case of red ass that literally requires showering afterwards. for reference I’m 36, 5’10ish and 196 this am. Only on 250mg test and 200mg tren…which for me is ‘heavy’ AAS use. BF pinches are 7%, so probably more like 10% or so. I can’t do this anymore, it makes me miserable and I just waste food and gear.
So, alpine and other smart fellas…suggestions?
