Caputo Training For RPS Pen State

New Exercise and Fitness Review

This is Justin Caputo’s latest squat video. Here he does 555lbs plus 30lbs in chains(585). He also worked up to an opening 510 deadlift(no video) expecting to pull 575. Justin also intends to crack Micheal Soongs historical list of 165lb squats but with no wraps. Justin is still training Bulgarian-John broz style, squatting 2x a day 5 days a week and 3x a day on Sundays!
