the other day someone wrote an article where he was recommending not to use any protection to lift heavy weight, no straps, no knee protection, and no belt, he was saying in other word that if you wanted to be strong you needed to go totally “raw” and to be honest the great Coleman is wearing protection and the person that wrote that article cannot even handle the half of the weight that Coleman has in just one end: “Very Ironic”. Bottom line is Yes protect yourself and avoid injuries
