Anyone else catch this program? Banks won’t touch this money because it’s obtained from a federally illegal product so the industry is 100% cash only. They pay state tax but don’t pay federal tax. Colorado has made close to 230 million dollars off this. The state is proposing a state sanctioned weed credit union for a place for these places to put their money otherwise it’s just giant safes in warehouses. Security companies are charging a premium for protection.
If a guy had a little knowledge and had a few highly trained friends a team of guys could easily take down a place before the police were notified and walk away with a hefty return on that investment.
I see a movie in the works with that idea…
