New Exercise and Fitness Review
Ok, so as I continue looking for fish oil to commit to I am finding conflicting opinions on DHA vs EPA regarding inflammation. I’m trying to decide what ratio fish oil I want to go with. I’ve read several articles siting studies and several studies themselves and it seems to be a coin flip as to which has a greater impact on inflammation. then I also read that excess EPA converts to DHA….true? What ratio do you guys have in your fish oil and why?
this is why I don’t buy many supplements, so much marketing bullshit to sort through it’s just exhausting. Unfortunately as much as I’d like to eat Pacific salmon and other good fish I can’t hardly stomach the stuff so need to be sure to get some omega 3′s somehow.
