GW50156 cycle Log

New Exercise and Fitness Review

Hey, so I started the GW on me rat 22/10/14.
The diet is just maintenance, about 2700 calories roughly on average a day, all clean eating and hasn’t changed for over 6 months. The only thing that has been taken out is chocolate milk, also cut glucose from my pre workout as well.

Sups
10 grams fish oil daily
10-15 grams creatine
+ multis, protein shake, vit d sup


I have maintained 88-86kg bodyweight on and off training 6months prior to this. 4 months prior (june-july) I strained my left MCL and dropped all leg work, that has recovered now and I’ve been slowly working up too full training again which started in mid october.


Here are the days and weights i measured weight and body fat, keep in mind i used callipers for this so i think it is not really accurate but have tried to reuse the same spots each time, I’ve used parillo 9 site measurements for calculations


22/10 DAY1 86kg(189) 14.53% BF 12.49kg fat 73.51 LBM – dose 15mg


23/10 DAY2 88kg 14.95% BF 12.86kg fat 73.14 LBM -WTF??? (water, full belly)


24/10 DAY3 86kg 14.53% BF 12.49kg fat 73.51 LBM


missed 2 days no dose


27/10 DAY6 86kg 15.24% BF 13.10kg fat 72.90 LBM – dose 15mg


28/10 DAY7 85kg 15.16% BF 12.72kg fat 71.26 LBM


During work I noticed my arms were getting vascular like when I was previously under 80kg then I went home and found my results matched.
29/10 DAY8 84kg 13.56% BF 11.39kg fat 72.61 LBM


30/10-31/10 no measurements but still dosed 15mg


1/10 no measurement and no dose


TODAY 2/10 dosed at 15MG
84kg(185) 11.54% BF 9.68kg fat 74.32 LBM
This measurement is relatively close to accurate with fat loss and muscle maintenance in relation to my first measurements


Every thing seems pretty good, the only noticeable side effect is mucus after dosing but this disappears in a few hours usually when I eat morning tea.


I decide to use GW purely for fat loss only the goal is 80kg with 8-10% BF this is too help my calisthenics and joints too, I notice the extra weight on my joints. my bones are my weak link and limit the amount of weight I can move, that takes time to grow I guess, Like i keep injuring my fingers due to crushing grip, its pissing me off.


My warmups are all core related sit-ups, leg raise, hyper extensions etc and i have essentially doubled my numbers on those movements maybe something to do with better endurance? leg raises went from 25 max to 50 in a few days crazy!


I might do some running this week maybe even today and do the beep test and see if i can beat some records.
