Day 1

Deadlifts
Power cleans
clean and press from the floor
continental cleans
Military press form the rack


Day 2
Weighted dips
Bench press
Weighted pull-ups
Squats


Trained 4 days a week. Most are compound movements. I got very strong, gained width and thickness. After a year of this people described me as wide shouldered.
